Join us on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 for the 2nd Annual Virtual Summit on Boosting Protection in Long-Term Care through Respiratory Vaccinations, a collaboration of the San Diego Immunization Coalition and the County of San Diego Healthcare Associated Infections Program and Long-Term Care Sector.
This virtual summit will feature presentations from experienced health professionals who will highlight the importance of respiratory virus vaccinations, best practices to address vaccine hesitancy, partnerships to access vaccines, as well as infection prevention strategies in skilled nursing, long-term care, and congregate care facilities, as well as other programs serving older adults. Continuing Education credits will be offered for nurses and certified health education specialists.
